Production line
Taking the Zoomlion 7025 model as an example, the size of the embedded legs is usually 2500-3000mm long, 150-200mm wide, and 300-400mm high; the length of the embedded legs of the 7020 model is generally around 2000-2500mm, and the width and height are close to the 7025 model. These dimensions must strictly match the installation holes and force structure of the tower crane base to ensure a stable connection.
Welding process: Welding is a key process in the production of embedded legs. Carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, arc welding and other welding methods are used to weld each component into a complete leg structure. Before welding, the welding part needs to be cleaned to ensure that there are no impurities such as oil, rust, etc. During the welding process, the welding parameters such as current, voltage, welding speed, etc. must be strictly controlled to ensure that the weld is uniform and full, without welding defects such as pores, slag inclusions, and cracks. After welding is completed, the weld is visually inspected and non-destructively tested (such as ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing) to ensure that the welding quality meets the standards.
Machining: In order to ensure the connection accuracy between the outrigger and the tower crane base and foundation, the connection parts of the outrigger need to be machined. Through lathes, milling machines and other equipment, the end faces, bolt holes and other parts of the outrigger are precisely processed to ensure that the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness meet the design requirements.
Surface treatment: The shot blasting process is used to remove rust, oxide scale and other impurities on the surface of the outrigger, so that the surface reaches a certain roughness and enhances the adhesion of the coating. Anti-corrosion coating is then carried out. Generally, the primer is sprayed first, and then the topcoat is sprayed. The coating thickness must meet the relevant standards to improve the anti-corrosion performance of the outrigger and extend its service life.
